Alright, I'm calling Challenge #4. :/
Challenge #4 Results:
1st Place: Kentuckysirens
The coverage here is efficient, and the the battery backup Sentry's int he rural areas help immensely. Great job!
2nd Place: Synther
A bit overkill on coverage, however it does cover the county, and it's a cool variety of sirens. Great job!

Here are all the submissions:
Kentuckysirens
Synther

Time for:
Challenge #5

Briefing: Create an effective tsunami warning system for the city of Anchorage, Alaska. These sirens MUST be voice capable. You can have old, new, or both. I know this is kind of a weird one, but I thought it could be fun!

ENDING TIME: Friday, March 18, at 5:00 PM EST

This one will be fun! I actually have a relative who lives there.

Any new challenges planned?
In my opinion, I think there way too many 2001's in Indiana!

The past few times I've done these, they have not gotten much attention, so I'm taking a break. If you all want to let me know when you're ready, that would be much appreciated.

Honestly, I would do them.. but it just takes too much work for the circles.. too much time...

As I have said before, you do not need to make the radii, nor do I judge based off of the look of the map.
