Last I heard that EOWS in Neville wasn't working. I found that one while on my way out to Peebles for a concert a couple years ago. They used to have a Model 5 on their fire station, but that one disappeared when the fire station was rebuilt several years ago.

Ok, so I should've posted this about five months ago but I completely forgot until Clayton posted a picture of that EOWS on the ground. Anyways, in Taylor Mill KY they were widening Old Taylor Mill Road. There is a 2001-SRN at Scott High School that is on that same road, and they had to relocate it to the other side. This happened to be on my dad's FedEx route so he snapped some pics:
