I like that retro black and yellow T-Bolt! That looks great! Excellent job! The solid yellow one looks great as well.

I got mine in the mail a few days ago and have yet to assemble it. I'm going to have mine to where the blower box is mounted on the ground next to the telephone pole, since that's the common installation of the T-Bolts around the St. Louis area, much like your solid one.

You know, years ago when I was a kid and into H.O. scale model railroading (and into sirens even back then!) the best we had as an air raid siren was the "Life Like" brand 'Hampden Engine House' fire station kit, which had an orange siren that resembled a Model 2 or Model 5 on the roof.

With today's technology, and some ingenuity by a guy that's a master modeler, and a siren enthusiast to boot, model railroaders now have 4 different Federal sirens to choose from!

Does the T-Bolt rotate? Or does it just stay in one position?

When it was all yellow, the top wasn't glued yet. It's now glued just as in the black and yellow photo's.

I wanted to make one rotate, but trying to do it and making the stand pipe look the right size is a hardy task to try.

I made some tiny little decals for the model Thunderbolt.

I didn't realize until I put them on that the CD emblem doesn't have white in the middle, I am likely to just let it go.
