Note it still works, cause last time I saw it, it's head was facing the opposite direction.
Thunderbolt horns can be blown around by the wind if the rotator drive band is loose enough. From the looks of that thing that's probably the case.

As of now the model 2 that was under the single tone thunderbolt is now gone.
