Is that a motor under the Sentry intake?

The Sentry is mounted onto an intake for a 2t22 or a sth/stl-10.

That's not an electrical junction box. The 10V is mounted on an old 3T22 intake, and that's the solenoid enclosure on the side of that intake.

Now how the hell did I miss this topic??!!! LOL... you were only 6 miles from the home of Rheems1 when you took the pic of that Sentry (which is brand new) at York Springs. They did indeed have a 3T22 there, it got hit by lightning and did the siren a favor as it was running very, very slow in the end. Interestingly enough I can hear that Sentry 10V on a still night and sometimes on really hot days I can hear it with my windows closed in my house. It is probably 4 miles as the crow flies, one day I didn't have my pager and heard York Spring's siren blowing and went to the firehouse thinking that it was our 3V8 going off. There are a total of 10 Whelen 2903 sirens scattered around the New Cumberland Army Depot property which seems like overkill, but who am I LOL?? The Carlisle Barracks still has an old falling apart dual Sterling on the roof of their firehouse and 4 of those ATI sirens, the only thing I have ever heard them do was reveille in the morning.... they seem worthless to me. In Gettysburg there is also a Model 5 behind Hunt's French Fries on Steinwehr Ave if you come back through this way. Most people don't know about the Sterling on 4th street either, that is the only one I have ever heard from their system.
