I hate to burst your bubble but Ralph closed down his web store years ago. However, I think you can contact him through facebook and he may make a kit up for you if you're willing to pay for it if I remember correctly.

Ralph still makes the siren kits, you just have to tell him which one. They are well priced and make for good models so long as one is careful with assembly and painting.
