You didn't mention that part before. With no blower it's not loud at all.

But I can't tell you it's a good idea, especially after the local authorities have said "NO".

It's simple, you blew your cover. If you had ran it chopper only during tests without telling anybody they probably would have never known. But now that you've made it clear to them that you have a siren that has a 1 mile range running full blast, not so much.

It depends on how nice your neighbors are. They can be the kind that just doesn't care or the type that calls the cops when you break wind loudly.
