Update: Got the siren completely apart now, housing should hopefully be back from the paint shop sometime this week. I will also get the siren itself painted gray and the field reinsulated and armature inspected.

Got the parts back from paint and went right to work putting it back together. All's it needs is the armature and field back from the motor shop and it's done!!!

This came out beautifully man, great work. Hopefully we'll get to see a video of it running soon! I myself am hoping to get a model 2 or something of that size to restore soon, I think it would be great for my first restoration. I've been learning a lot from the board. Big fan of the model 2 also, my area is infested with them...no 2t's though :thdown:

FINISHED!!! Plugged it into 240 and it was twice as loud as before and no sparks!
