Probably a local organization

Back when Smyrna, Georgia still used their old sirens, they had logos that looked like CD logos, but they read "EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SMYRNA, GA" around the edge i believe. Here is one of the logos on a Thunderbolt's RCM.

After scouring the internet for countless hours, I found absolutely nothing about this siren, I am very curious about it. If anyone knows something about it, or finds something about it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Where is it? I can look through old records real quick to see the history of this siren.
Edit: I think it is Perolia, IL. They had a system of 5 Thunderbolts by 1964, according to a survey. You may want to look here to find more information on nearby siren systems and such:

Thanks, that sort-of helped, but I'm looking for info for this specific siren, the google map link is at the beginning of this thread. Trying to track this siren is like trying to track someone that doesn't exist.
