Those are pretty nice, I will definately look into those. Those are Kenwood TK-7180's right?

Those are 7360s, a cheaper alternative to the 7180. However, we always go with the 7180 for public safety radios. Better screen display among others. We set these bases up for a local school.

Also I forgot to ask, when programming the radio, what rate of DTMF should I use for a FC? It says nothing about the rate in the programming software. Here is a video of what the county encodes the sirens with. It is pretty slow, but it sets the sirens off:
