The later generation Chryslers could be operated by remote relays they did not need to be manned.

I personally find it interesting this siren still has the sheetmetal cover over the drive train. Usually, all the sheetmetal on one of these is M.I.A

The Chrysler does use a Hemi 6.2 litre V8, right?

This one likely has the first generation 331 Hemi (5.4L). I'm not sure if this was the only engine they used in production for the sirens since the 426 Hemi wasn't available until 1964. The 392 (6.4L) V8 wasn't around while the Chrysler Air Raid Siren was in production.
