Oh thanks! I've been wondering about Wadestown for a while. Looked around it on Street View a couple times but could never find a siren. Do you know which building it was on/at?

Added the Model 2 in Triadelphia. Not sure how I missed that one, hehe.
Added the Vortex R4 in downtown Pine Grove. Not entirely sure what it's used for but I'm guessing natural gas fracking emergencies.
Added the Modulator at the Mobley Gas Plant.

Did some more research on the Kanawha-Putnam chemical siren system and found some locations I had missed before:

FS Modulator at Kanawha County Courthouse
FS Modulator at Mary C. Snow West Side Elementary School
FS Modulator at Yeager Airport
FS Modulator at St. Albans Mall Shopping Center
FS Modulator at Washington Street & 27th Street
FS 2001 at Sissonville High School
FS 2001 at West Side VFD in Saint Albans
FS 2001 on Capitol Complex Building 5
FS 2001 at North Charleston Community Center
FS 2001 at Ben Franklin Career Center
FS 2001 at Kanawha City Elementary School
FS RSH-10 Thunderbeam at McKinley Middle School
FS RSH-10 Thunderbeam at Marshall University South Charleston
FS RSH-10 Thunderbeam at Washington Street & 27th Street
FS STH-10 at Pinch VFD.

There appears to be an unused Roundback 2001 on the ground behind the building in the second link.

Burlington's "XT22" is a 3T22. Also, there is an inactive model 2 at these coords: 39.33764870471233, -78.91737116446042
