Kahoka, Mo has a Sterling M atop the light plant that runs at 7A, Noon and 6PM

Heres another one in Franklin County Ohio, this was at Madison Tap VOL Fire Dept, Cords are 39°54'32.8"N 82°53'00.2"W

There was one in Bluffton at its fire Department, But it was recently taken down. I figured it was inactive because there was a 2001 siren right next to it. Google maps link:

The Single Head Sterling Little Giant in East Norwich, NY has been removed in March 2025.
