Siren has been refurbished all working very well, look at video on ebay, I for some reason can not put a video's on this site.

We've seen the pictures and heard the video, yes. The siren barely reaches half the speed it should, and likely needs the brushes to be replaced or adjusted. It should be running at about 7-8000 RPM. Another user here has a Siracode with the same exact motor (stamped on the tag for 8000 RPM) and yours does not reach close to the same speed. The amount of arcing in the motor is also concerning.

That siren is going to need a *lot* more work before it's worth even half the amount you're asking for it, even being a rare siren.
