Agreed. phpbb is fine. In all honesty, I hate ProBoards with a passion. It looks like an early Bulletin Board that never evolved.. Some with horrible colors that make your eye sockets wear out faster then looking at a really bright light. Needless to say, the DOMAIN will remain in tact as far as I can see. No need for ProBoards then. So that entire scenario is thrown out the window.

If anything, moving the site over to another host would work out better rather starting over.... again.

edit: I can't spell.

Hey Adam, If I could find a webhost, I'd be willing to take over for you!

My opinion is to try to keep the same host, and same software, same mods, etc etc.

PM sent to Adam...

As of January 17th, 2009 I will be able to donate on a regular basis. I make plenty of money, but using my mothers paypal account is an act of congress. I can rig up my own Paypal account and contribute to the forces that may be (I will finally be 18 ). So hang in there bucky, the gravy train is a comin'.

Right a protest wouldn't help. Like posted earlier it ain't Adam's fault you can blame the economy.

If the board needs a free domain, CO.NR will be just fine. It's free, and looks like co.uk lol.
michael2572 wrote:Proboards are skinnable, and could fairly easily look like very close to the color scheme of this board.
Done that already: http://thesirenera.proboards81.com/index.cgi

Tacky name, tacky slogan, but I was really bored.
