Moraine, Ohio (Dayton suburb) - first Monday at noon
Wilmington, Ohio - first Saturday at noon
Oberlin, Ohio - 2nd Wednesday at 11am

Moraine has a TBolt and a T-128 which are only a couple hundred yards apart (on opposite sides of a railroad). They may have others as well.

Wilmington has Whelens (not sure how many) including 2 Omni's on the campus of Wilmington College and 4004s or Vortex-Rs.

Oberlin appears to have Federal sirens as there's an STH-10 next to their fire department.

In Ohio:
Wood Co 1st Saturday @10AM
Hancock Co 1st Monday @10AM
every month

In Texas:
Webb Co 1st Thursday of January, April, July & October only @1:30PM (weather permitting)
Not sure when Jim Hogg, Zapata, Maverik & Dimmit Counties test sirens; if any are there. I only know Zapata had a 2t22; not sure if its still there or replaced? Webb Co is all 2001s, mostly roundbacks & DCs

Eau Claire County Wi, test the first monday of the month unless threat of severe weather, at 11:02am (But normally they just do 11:00am). 3 Minute alert. This counts for the City of Eau Claire, The City of Altoona, Village of Fall Creek, and Village of Augusta.
