I think it has been discussed before that it might be some kind of HOR, or Federal knockoff. I still have no clue. If one of us could get a good look at the ID tag then we'd know.

HOR is the name of the manufacturer. I believe it stands for Hear Our Roar. They've been out of business for a very long time now, and were most famous for the Super Sirex, a large two-headed siren that also rotates.

Although I doubt that H.O.R. actually stands for "Hear Our Roar" rather than the initials of the founder, I believe that these sirens are made by them. They are common in older siren systems in California, and having heard a video of one malfunctioning in Sacramento, they seem to be single-tone, 9 port sirens.

Don't forget, they had single headed ones that were 7/10 and omnidirectional ones that were 7/10 as well. It sounded like the stuff from childrens nightmares.

What are these? I think the one on the tower is a Erick. As for the other, a similar siren came up while back ( I think it was Adam Pollak that found it) and they said it was a really old Cyclone. Located in Bruncton, MO.

One on the pole I want to say is an ACA Banshee/Cyclone and the other, either an Erick or Decot siren. those are my best guesses...

Can anyone tell me what this little guy is. I believe it is 24V. When I connect it to a 12V battery it is really weak and the red lamp in the middle is very dim. I haven't tried 24V yet as I did not wish to damage anything.
