Just wondering which siren everyone is recording for the next first Wednesday. I think I'll be going after the T-128 on the fire department in Springdale.

That would be a good one, considering how low it is mounted.

That would make a good video.

Hello everyone! Yesterday, I was at the Reds vs. Pirates game at Great American Ballpark in downtown, and I ended up seeing a few of Cincy's sirens. Some lists that I saw and got pics of and saw but didn't get pics of can be found below.
Saw but didn't get pics:
-ASC T-128 and SD-10 on Duck Creek Road
-ASC T-128 and SD-10 on Dana Avenue
Saw and got pictures of:
-Park Place 1000
-Newport Modulator across from aquarium
Pictures:

- Park Place 1000

- Newport Modulator

- Ballpark During Game

- Carew Tower From Ballpark

- Great American Tower From Ballpark
There was also a Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued during the game and a lot of commotion, here's a video I recorded:

I was at that game too. I saw all the same sirens Sifed1 saw, but I couldn't get pictures. Here are the ones I was able to get pictures of. Also the weather got pretty bad when I was there. But here are some pics I got before the severe weather came in. Enjoy the photos!

The T-128 on Blue Rock Street in Northside is now active. I was heading back to the West Side tonight from St. Bernard, and I drove past it. The switch was turned on and the horn was facing a different direction. It must have been flipped on with the last week because I went past it last week and it was still turned off.

That's surprising! There's probably a few more that are now active too.

The T-128 on Blue Rock was activated earlier this week. Should make for some interesting ambiance come test day, with the TBolt still being active.

Apparently, Cincinnati used to have Chrysler AirRaid sirens. I saw it in a picture of an ad I saw a while back on Flickr. In the ad it said that Cincinnati was removing their airraid sirens, which the ad was from the 50's. I don't know how to find the ad now, but someone could try to find it.

It could just be the picture that the press got first when they asked for a picture of an air raid siren.
