The bottom siren is called a Bullard siren. Here is a clearer picture (not mine):

Finally went to Belivedere VTF and took a picture of they're siren. Sorry beforehand for blurry pictures. I had to stop on the road.

The only guess I have on that is a single headed Federal Type-B, but the photos are really too blurry to tell.

Was there ever a siren here? according to the utah siren map this is a decapitated siren

Yes. You can see the old control box it used. It's one of the remnants of the old Ogden Civil Defense System. Oh, and also, thanks for checking out my map!
