I don't think that one would classify as a fake, just a kid showing everyone his favorite siren video with some commentary.

Remember Scott Gibson? Well I think his kid, Collin Gibson, is using his dad's account to upload random videos with stolen audio. Collin needs to be reported, and his dad needs to know that videos are basically being stolen.

Collin's own channel is full of random pointless goanimate/Talking Tom videos, etc... He is just adding random enthusiast's usernames in the titles and descriptions. Most of the videos I've seen have Ramfett as the description.
