In regards to the Elk Grove Village water tower Hurricane, it was not on the ground next to the tower. I checked Cook County historical aerials from 1998, and it shows the P-50 but no Hurricane near the tower. In fact, I remember someone who has a contact at Fulton that the Hurricanes sat in their yard after their replacement in the early 1990s, and scrapped towards the end of the decade.
Where’s Fultons yard at?
The yard they would have been at is no longer associated with Fulton's siren division. When the Hurricanes were removed, Fulton Technologies did the siren work, now the siren division is no longer associated with Fulton Technologies and was sold to one of their former workers.

I dont think Waupun installed the hurricane listed in the bid. They had 3 soundmasters that were then replaced by the cyclones that were then replaced with 508's. Here is an image of the soundmasters in Waupun. Credit to Max Schippers for recently finding the article.

Possible Hurricane in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. A listing for repairs done to a hurricane was recently found in an article. Credit to Max Schippers for finding this one! And I forgot to mention that we do know that Nekoosa WI had a hurricane at thier fire department. No pictures yet found but an enthusiast from Nekoosa said that it was removed around 2004-2006 ish right before street view.
