Possible Hurricane in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. A listing for repairs done to a hurricane was recently found in an article. Credit to Max Schippers for finding this one! And I forgot to mention that we do know that Nekoosa WI had a hurricane at thier fire department. No pictures yet found but an enthusiast from Nekoosa said that it was removed around 2004-2006 ish right before street view.

What models were these?
Wisconsin Rapids was likely a MKll. It was likely replaced with the allertronics which are now T-121's. Nekoos's on the other hand is very cool. According to this article, it is capable of Hi-Lo. Likely a Mkll coded variant. Again credit to Max Schippers for taking the time to look some of these old articles up.

I got some aerials of the Rolling Meadows Hurricanes. The hybrid one is visible a year before removal, and the other one was actually in a park-like area (it's the only pole-like structure in the area). The other attachment COULD be the Hurricane in Two Rivers, however it may or may not be visible because of the big lettering. It's also all I could really find.
