I'd say it's one of those odd HOR "paint-can" sirens
Looks to be ATI/ASC speakers

IIRC that's a Sentry 15V2T with skirts instead of horns. Has anyone made it out there to see it in person?

I found on on the archive again. My guess, it is a darley or GCS model 5/7 with half of it's housing off.
