Looks more like a Banshee 115 or modified 2T22. Too bad no one got any close up photos of it.

I knew about the T128, I'm talking about the smaller siren next to it.

My bad!

500 AT Fan: Next time we take a drive up to the farm, I might ask if we can take the Alt. route through Okarche as opposed to I-40 east and US-281 north. Maybe if I can convince good, I could get some detailed pics, then we will know. That is, if it is still there.

Geary, which is about 20 miles east, has a 2T22 about 30 feet east of a T121. When I drove right by the 2T22, I noticed every other horn was missing, so I think it is likely that a town nearby had a modified 2T22.

ACAP10 wrote:Went on vacation to Warroad, MN this weekend where they have this old looking siren that is in GREAT shape. They sound it for a noon, 6, and 10 pm blast everyday! I was in heaven! It sounded very healthy and was single tone and high pitched, but not as high pitched as a 2001. Any idea what it is?

Then I went to Gonvick, MN to a cabin and found this interesting siren. It was pretty tiny and I have no idea what it is. It was in the campgrounds by a bunch of trailers.

The last two pictures is a Darley model 2

The first one is an Erick Fire Siren, built in Minneapolis in the 1920's. They have twelve ports and sound a lot like a quieter STH-10.
