I called that number asking for a chopper, they told me they were not for sale and that they needed them for parts.

I had thought i'd posted that but the emergency manager told me that sirens when they come down will be auctioned off by the auction company they have on contract.

Hopefully all those sirens find a loving home. It's a sad sight to see, but it's nice to know that they'll sell them to people who are willing to take one. Unfortunately for me, I don't even have enough to buy an entire unit.
