Re: Thunderbolt 1000AT Build

Well, I'm stuck.

I'm trying to get the chopper apart so I can put a 5 port chopper I got on it, but the rotor and armature are refusing to come out. Should I try and tap it out with a hammer or something?

Your going to have to press it out. Your chopper motor is in such bad shape that it's not worth even fooling with.

Is the armature stuck in the stator cap or the motor frame?

Just some advice, maybe you could try WD-40 or PB Blaster. PB Blaster helped me get a corroded bolt off a car tire once. That stuff rocks!

I'm starting to build the skid for rotation.

I had to relocate it to the garage because of the neighborhood association suddenly making my property their business. They said move it or it would be confiscated. I swear to god, I hate them so much.

That is just great! The US just keeps getting better and better. Not! People confiscating others property on their property because they don't like it. Wake up America!

How about you remind those jerks who payed for it. Knowing my family, I would probably tell them "if you don't get off my lawn, I will force you off it, now scram!"

Oh yeah.

FYI: I paid for it myself. I sold a couple of silver dollars to get the money.
