I gave Rustoleum a try. Sunburst Yellow actually matches the color of my Civil Defense survey meters very well. I'll post pictures of it painted yellow tomorrow. I'm very happy with the way the housing came out!!

Well here's how the housing looks yellow with the Civil Defense decals on it. I wish I was able to clean up the ID plate better but other than that I'm really happy with the way it came out!!

You planning on keeping this siren outdoors or indoors?

If you are putting it outdoors plan on a repaint in two years.

It does look good though, sunburst yellow is a nice color, just wish it would hold up.

I haven't decided where I wanna put it yet. It's not really a problem if I have to paint it again.
