Iff possible, stand the siren on end and spray a mixture of 50/50 acetone and automatic transmission fluid on it. This is a mixture i use for breaking loose stuck engines that have sat in fence rows for 50+ years. One was even missing the head and had water pooled up in the.cylinders. guy said it'd been that way for 40 years. The mixture.and a little motivation had it broke loose in 4 days. Soak it good and let it sit. A chemical reaction makes the stuff one of the best penitrating oils in existance becids the blue flam wrench
