I can't see those two pictures.

The 408 in the Flickr post has probably been replaced seeming it was posted in 2006.

Didn't West Shore Services have a 812? I remember seeing a picture of 2 812s laying on the ground with a 612 on top.

I can't seem to figure out one thing. Some pictures show the horns of the 408 being attached to the rectangular head at the base of the horn, like on the larger EOWS, and Logan's 408, but then there are pictures of 408's with larger heads where the horns go inside the back, and are not fully sticking out.
