Ok, is the T-128 at the intersection of Hwy 30 and Engleman Rd? I caught from a recent youtube video from Tyler Shaw iirc that it's there.
The T-128 is around this location: 40.896291, -98.416452

The siren on the water tower at Hordville is a horizontal W.S. Darley Champion, dual-head.
There is also a 2001-SRN located here: 41.079479, -97.892496
