It is on top of a cement building that is just beside the water. It is very difficult to see unless you know it’s there.

Yes, either a Sentry 5V or a 3v8.

It looks more like a 3v8 because of the shroud being a tiny bit shorter than the 5V shroud.

I heard there was a CLM rotating on Barrie, ON city hall. It came down during a rebuild.

Do you have an image or a street view of that siren on Barrie City Hall before it was rebuilt?

Another CLM found on the Saskatoon, SK public library history room. Siren was also demolished.
