No problem! As soon as I read your reply I found one more. There is one in the town cemetery in the village of Venhorst, at the terminus of Kerkpad.

Edit: and another! There's one at the tennis club in Kelpen-Oler

I went to the unknown siren in Zaltbommel on October and November.
Somebody at the fire department showed me around and i have alot of information about the siren.
The siren is a Heemaf EMF Dordt and it's from the second world war.
Used in 1940 - 1945 for air raids and then used for fires until 1980.
It was bought and placed at the fire department somewhere around 2002 - 2004 for their museum.
They sound the siren three times a year on average depending on if they think about it.

There's a Modulator 1004 in the middle of Ell near the church.

There is also a Modulator 1004 in Kattendijke on Deltastraat.
There is a Modulator 2008 at 51.46558, 5.80922 in Deurne.
