I think it's safe to assume nobody will ever bother to record it.

I would be willing to record that Bullard and Scream Master ,but i'm 6 hours away from sacramento. If sacramento's system is still active ill be willing to record them. But I don't think it is anymore since the 1003 behind the Arden Fair Mall hasn't had its horn move since like 2012. The rotator could've busted but idk. The horn is pointing in the same spot now as it was in 2012.

There was talk on Facebook from a local member saying it does sound but he didn't have a camera at the time. This was within the last year. Honestly I'd just call the Cherry Building and ask if I were you. I'm sure they would know if it is functional. I just hate to see this end up like the Cosgrave in Jerome where someone swore up and down for 5 years they would record it and never did, now apparently in April the controls fried and it was decommissioned.
