Stone county, Mo still has two up and operational. One in Kimberling city and one In Cape fair. There used to be one at the Reeds Spring Middle school but they removed it a while back. There could be more, but I haven't had any time to go check out the other towns in the county.

There's a "butchered" one in Menlo, KS. I also faintly recall seeing one on a trip to DC my family took when I was about 7 or 8. It was right along the interstate. I do not remember where it was, however. I know there are some dud ones around the DC area, though.

Batavia, Ohio in Clermont County has one at the firehouse in downtown, and there are several refurbished units around Knox Township in Columbiana County that came from the Beaver Valley Nuclear Plant in Shippingport, Pennsylvania. Also, Springdale, Ohio in Hamilton County used to have one that was replaced in 2009 with an ASC T-128.

I don't know if there are any Allertors in TX; but Webb Co is 100% 2001s (majority of 2001s are roundbacks; but various incarnations of 2001s still here including 2001-130s)

Most of the roundbacks have been replaced with 2001-130s; & even though the 2001-130s are less than a yr old, some have been replaced by other sirens (ASC T-128s, T-135s & Sentry 20V2Ts) because those 2001-130s quit working

Not sure if it's still there but Alta Iowa has/had one at a park. My aunt lives there and we went to a birthday there years ago.

I think that siren is a Mobil-directo.
