The housing on that siren is custom made by J. Marcoz. There's more pictures of the siren
here.

According to news articles, it's one of the newly installed tornado sirens. Same for the downtown building. They both look the same.
They are supposedly new, and then the fire dept has the fire call siren. Maybe they are DSA, or Klaxon, etc?

I'm not sure, but notice that those are Federal Signal control boxes.

Okay, so far I've found articles that state sirens were installed at the church and downtown building, but couldn't be heard so another 60 inch tall siren was ordered and put up at the fire hall on a pole. Another article says no sirens were installed at the church or downtown.
One article says the new siren is omni-direction and another says the siren has a rotating horn.
Another article stated the fire hall siren was replaced, so perhaps the Model 2 on streetview is the old siren.
EDIT: FOUND THE SIREN, IT'S A 2001!

Near Ardmore, Oklahoma. Cyclone? Banshee?
Sorry if this is completely obvious, I seriously can't tell what it is.

To me, it's most likely an Eclipse, T-121, STH/STL-10, or possibly a Sentry. Definetly one of those since I can tell it has horns.

I found this while browsing the siren archive:
Is this a Darely of some sort?
