The housing on that siren is custom made by J. Marcoz. There's more pictures of the siren here.

According to news articles, it's one of the newly installed tornado sirens. Same for the downtown building. They both look the same.coop866 wrote:A siren on a church? Those are electronic church bells.

Okay, so far I've found articles that state sirens were installed at the church and downtown building, but couldn't be heard so another 60 inch tall siren was ordered and put up at the fire hall on a pole. One article says the new siren is omni-direction and another says the siren has a rotating horn.
Another article stated the fire hall siren was replaced, so perhaps the Model 2 on streetview is the old siren.

To me, it's most likely an Eclipse, T-121, STH/STL-10, or possibly a Sentry. Definetly one of those since I can tell it has horns.
