I think this Sentry 16v1t-b at the corner of Suwanee Dam and Ramey, in Sugar Hill, is relatively low.

Nah, but it does look big. I think it's just an illusion because of how big it is
Kicking it in the siren party since '08

Kinda like seeing a P-50 or a Hurricane in person for the first time, Especially the P-50.

You're right. The 16v1t-b is around 6 feet tall, so that pole is rather tall.

The Whelen Vortex that I found in Vincent, AL is low mounted:

I also have plans to get pictures of it and the mystery siren it sits next to over winter break. :)

Laporte, IN's 2001s are mounted pretty low. Standing under one, it seems as if you can reach up and touch it!

This one is located on the Northeast side, in an industrial area. I plan to record this siren in the near future, put the tripod on top of the car and be eye-level with the thing.

Here's another one, on the north side of town.

This one is on the Northwest side, near Pine Lake. Notice how the siren head is tipping backwards.

Those are kind of creepy. That is pretty low for a 2001.
