I'm almost tempted to say it is a 2v8 or some kind of Darley albeit missing some parts.

I highly doubt that's a 2v8. Compared to a complete one, it looks nothing like it.

Im not quite sure if thats a siren, but if it is that would be pretty darn sweet to hear it blast, the size of the housing looks about model 2 or 3ish size, I have a cousin who lives up there, I'll have to take a look at it soon.

The mystery has already been debunked, it's most likely a Sparton, too small to be a 2 or 3.
