Unknown 2HP siren atop the grist mill in Elkader, IA; photo taken in 1925. The siren was installed in March of 1921 to replace a fire bell, and saw its demise in March of 1939 when the mill burned down. The siren was replaced by a Fedelcode Mach. 5 that still serves to this day.

This photo was taken in 1973, in downtown Jacksonville Florida. At the bottom left, you can see a Federal Sign & Signal SD-10, which was used for their CD system. Today, the siren is no longer there.

A fedelcode model 3 somewhere in Watsons Bay NSW. The exact location is unknown. The siren is long gone. The photo is from 1941

Boston, MA (1974):

Their system used to contain Model 3s and 5s to warn for incoming nuclear attacks and to call firefighters. Sadly, this siren was presumably removed in the 1980s, as that is when the city started to take them down.
