No one precisely knows anything about those E.D. Bullard sirens, we know they have conical rotor/stators and are usually omnidirectional (there is a rotational model confirmed to exist, and coincidentally I was the one who identified it as such, because of the rotor shape alone) and single tone (so far no dual tone units are known to exist.

Found out what it was. It is a Bullard Type S2 that is flipped.
