With those straight shields, it looks a lot like the old mechanical sirens in the Netherlands, but I doubt it. Perhaps it is a low-tone Model 5 with a homemade shroud, but did Federal stators have screw holes underneath them? It could be a vertical B & M model. It could also be a primitive form of Sterling vertical, an early Banshee prototype, or something from the distant past like a Hedberg or a HOR. The only Erick-like thing about this one is the tripod.

Yes. I saw one in a photo. I've only flown over the Netherlands, never been there.

Looks like an mobil directo with the horn missing, but wouldnt there be a little sleeve thing where the horn connects to the stator housing(?).

Maybe it got cut off, it looks like this one is the same case.
