I am helping Peachtree out with a project for sirens in Louisiana. If anyone has any locations or information they want added, reply to this or PM me and I will take care of it. Thanks!

In regards to the Georgia map an update needs to be made to the description for Douglas County's system. They maintain 18 sirens, all Whelen Vortexes from the looks of it, but the city has its own separate system of 17 Whelen omnidirectional sirens. Here are a couple to add to the map.

Yes! There was 3 in the system but one of which was removed in early 2008, Here was the removed Sirex
https://goo.gl/maps/yTSrJYyDScr , it's on the corner of the building if you can't see it, also the first Model 5 might have coding equipment.

I can cover the southwestern area of Minnesota. I know of a Whelen and a few 2001s.

Here are some locations for the Albany MCLB. I'm eyeing this system for the state drill in next month. Apparently the first ones were installed prior to Spring of 2009 making them 3100 series sirens. There was a picture of one online that had the SiRcom/MadahCom logo on the horns. Going by the satellite view all of the ones mapped out on the Georgia map appear to be 7/8100R series sirens.
7/8108-Rs installed between 2013-14

These might be 3100 series sirens. They seem to have been installed in 2010.

This one is one of the early sirens, a 3104. The panel is smaller than the other ones.

Their is a scout reservation in Pennsylvania called "Hawk Mountan Scout Reservation". I used to go their as a boy scout. The camp is covered by three old federal Signal Model L's on a telephone pole next to the camp office. Heard them sound twice in my life.
They sound alert for severe weather and attack for "Fire and other emergency's"
