That looks kinda like that one custom siren that Werdon installed

Looks like that weird thing that used to be in Colerain (or however you spell it), OH. However, if I had to guess, I'd say it's a smaller siren like a model A that was modified to have a bigger horn. That, or it's not a siren at all. The fact that the road it's on is called Deception Road isn't helping.

Also, for some reason, the streetview driver decided to go into the parking lot behind it. No idea why, but it gives us a nice view of the back of whatever this is.
