You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

It's a failing controller. Those old SiraTones have capacitors as part of the electronics that control the pitching. If they go bad (or potentially the potentiometer that controls pitch) then you end up with units like this.

Speaker voltage/wattage/any electrical rating have absolutely nothing to do with the audio fed to them
Ah, ok. I saw this comment on a video with a sick 612 that said it had a low voltage. (The comment was also posted long ago, back when the siren community did not know as much)

I think is one of those french sirens without the horns (Some very early designs were 12 port)

Well, the ports on those sirens are angled (has something to do with sound dynamics or whatever). I think it's a sideways FP series siren.

I've seen this siren multiple times while driving through not sure if it's active or not it's in Exeter Township Michigan looks to be an old fire department
