The video you see, is an edit... which you can tell by the later on lag in the video, otherwise it would sound rather lower pitch if it would be real, due to 50hz motors running on lower speeds, but the recording is 100% a 60hz 9/12, so yeah.... I did try my best at researching it but it is indeed a false rumor
