Is this even a siren?
It honestly looks like the dome for a lightning detector, which would make sense given the loudspeakers and proximity to the public park.

It's a siren. According to the FD it's at, it was purchased from Germany.

I doubt it. That company hasn't made sirens in years. It's probably a new development.

I also think it is a pneumatic siren. I see barely any room for a chopper.
