Just got a text from Ian Murr, apparently the siren is a CTI SMR15 witih updated ASC controls

Is that other thing on the roof a siren too? It looks like a Sterling. My guess for the yellow one is an SD-10 with a broken lower housing.

I'm not sure if it's a siren or a chimney. Unforutnately I can not find any better pictures. :(

I doubt it but it looks like a German Elektror S series siren.

Those look like a Sentry F2 to the left, a Model L to the right, and a Model A/D in the center.
