That's pretty distinctly a xT22, I can't think of any other sirens (or other things, for that matter) with two rows of horns like that. Definitely a XT22, and apparently the top intake cone is missing. Sadly, the plant is closed (according to Google anyways), and I believe there is also an Alertronic on the grounds (on the Piedmont side) which isn't labeled either. Rheems1 has a picture somewhere.
I'm 99.9% sure you can't see the Alertronic from Street View. It's my pleasure to keep the most thorough and accurate map I can. With that being said, while I was able to pinpoint the exact location of the XT22, I do not have an exact location for the Alertronic. I can't even find it on satellite imagery. Heck, it could have been removed and none of us would be any the wiser. The last StreetView taken was in 2018, and the last picture of the Alertronic was taken around 2009. It's entirely possible that arefurbished or used xT22 replaced the Alertronic.
