How would I enter that frequency? Do I put zeros in where there are no numbers?

I would assume so.
A radio my dad used to have used two digits for behind the decimal point and it always put a zero as the last digit in the frequency.
(They/Them)

Would this page help set off a siren if I ever obtain one? This is taken from the radio manual.

I already have the manual. I downloaded it from the website. Also, I already am going to buy it.

EDIT: This is my last question for two days. I promise. @ Josh 555: So you know how your friend got the radios to become walkie-talkies without using any repeaters, public safety frequencies, or disturbing any other ham radio users? Did he just put them on a random unused frequency and use them? Or did he put them in a certain mode?
