There's no guarantee that this will work, but most cities have an email like this- cityclerk@such&suchcity.com

It's not their actual e-mail address. So take caution if you email that address.

No, just a possibility that it could be one.

I looked at their website and found the addresses of their lift stations, and this is not listed as one of them. Trying to find this siren is like trying to find someone who was never born.

I ran it through a couple of email address checkers, and it came back negative on both of the sites I tried.

Go to the town hall and ask. That's all you can do.
It's pretty obvious by now that you aren't going to find out anything unless you get out and
talk to somebody in person.

Please, look at the website. I have 3 different addresses for the Village Hall. I'm truly not sure which to go to anymore.

Then go to them all until you hit the hall. There really isn't any other way around it that I can think of at this point...
