Sorry for the delay. The winner for the challenge is Jarred H. Most of you had really good submissions, but I have to pick one. ;)
In my opinion, I think there way too many 2001's in Indiana!

I thought you specifically stated that sirens must be placed at least one mile apart? That winning map contains multiple instances of sirens being located closer than one mile.

Congrats Jared!

I thought you said that the sirens had to be 1 mile apart specifically? Why did the winner have multiple units located less than a mile apart?
My knowledge excels on the Federal Thunderbolt siren and SiraTone EOWS sirens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Given the fact that I had multiple units placed less than a mile apart...
I'm forfeiting my win to 4J25. I liked what he did with the Sentries, and how he even thought of the vandalism issue.
Congratulations, Christian.

Per the request of Jared, 4J25 is the actual winner. (Sorry for pulling a Steve Harvey)

Now after a long hiatus, I have decided that challenge FSMC #4 will take place in Orange County, FL

Story: Orange County has decided to install a siren system. You may only use currently made sirens, and they must be reasonably spaced out. The city of Orlando has requested that voice capable sirens be placed downtown. Also, the Walt Disney World Resort has restricted ANY sirens to be placed within 2 miles, so keep that in mind.

The challenge ends at 9:00 PM EDT on Friday, March 30th. Aaaaand... begin!

*****DID NOT FINISH*****

Here's mine. I'm still working on it.

FAKE LOCATIONS
Two systems were installed - voice capable sirens in more-populated areas, and mechanical sirens in lesser populated areas. 2-mile radius from Disney.

Federal Signal won the Mechanical siren bid, and Whelen Engineering won the voice sirens. They also were able to find a refurbished Thunderbolt that they installed near the downtown area.
